Service Availability

Services may vary by location and are subject to regulatory approvals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access
  • Log out from shared or public devices
  • Regularly monitor your account for suspicious activities

Compliance Requirements

  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required

Transaction Limits

  • Limits may vary based on KYC status and account verification level
  • Higher limits available upon completion of enhanced KYC
  • Limits are subject to regulatory requirements and may change

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Failed transactions due to technical errors
  • Duplicate transactions processed in error
  • Transactions to incorrect beneficiaries due to system errors
  • Service unavailability resulting in transaction failure

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment source
  • Service charges are non-refundable except in case of system errors

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Successfully completed transactions
  • Transactions cancelled by the user after processing
  • Transactions with incorrect beneficiary details provided by user
  • Service fees and convenience charges

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

Termination by User

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support
  • Account closure requests are processed within 7 business days
  • Outstanding transactions must be completed before account closure
  • Remaining balance will be refunded as per our refund policy

Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or our policies
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You fail to complete KYC requirements
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Effect of Termination

  • Access to Services will be immediately suspended
  • Outstanding obligations remain in effect
  • Data retention as per our Privacy Policy and legal requirements
  • Survival of terms that by nature should survive termination

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dispute Resolution
